Shipping Criteria
Generally, orders are dispatched within 15working days from the date of order for general products. Specific products lead time will update at the time of order. For Lead time, item Customer will be communicated accordingly with expected date of shipping. Once the material is processed, it can’t be modified or cancelled. We accept cancellation till the material is not processed from our end.
Return/Replacement Criteria
- Different from what was ordered
- Delivered with any defect
- Missing parts or accessories
- Delivered in a physically damaged condition, or
- Significantly different from the description given by the merchant.
